Brunswick Zone Bowling Recreation Center offers 32 lanes for bowling and Cosmic Bowling®, arcade games, billiards, lounge and pro shop! Our center uses Brunswick Vector Scoring and Brunswick A-22 Oiling Machine. We are currently in need of a Full-Time, Mechanic for our Brunswick Zone bowling center located in Niles, IL. Mechanics are responsible for maintaining the automatic pinsetters and other mechanical equipment of the center at the highest level of efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities ? Provides friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service ? Cleans nightly work schedule as assigned (ball wheels, ?Y? switches). ? Assists Pinsetter Technician duties ? Sets up and takes down bumpers and handicap ramps ? Conditions, strips and drags lanes ? Records all pinsetter parts (51.20, inventory). ? Cleans, re-coats and patches gutters, lanes and approaches ? Changes ice machine and air conditioning filters (climbs on roof). ? Cleans condensers, masking units, ball hoods & returns, and CRTs ? Checks safety sheets ? Rotates pins ? Maintenance and repair on pinsetter machines and other machinery throughout the center, along with building maintenance (interior, exterior) ? Repair on lanes, equipment, automatic scorers, plumbing & electrical, and vending machines ? Maintains a safe environment for both customers and workers. ? Checks for fire code discrepancies Minimum Qualifications
